Pros

Simple, ascetically pleasing to the eye and awesome. This is all my granddaughter asked for and she loves it. Revised been working for 2 years now with no issues.

Tried it for the first time after my grandson's bath. Plug in, tap it on, adjust the setting. Does what it’s supposed to.

Cons

Maybe mine is faulty or maybe the product itself just isn’t the best. Super frustrating and out of the return window. Total pos with no recourse to return.

We got an exchange but it did the same about 2 weeks later

However delivery was fast and they are excited to use it soon

I contacted customer service one their website not amazon about the year warranty and i received a replacement within a week
