Pros
The timer can be set in 15 minute increments. It's easy to increase the run time too. Very simple to use, on/off and timer *. Occasionally the on button takes a bit of finagling to work.
Ordered this as a gift for someone for christmas. They absolutely love it. Even bought one for my mom for mother's day. I sent that one back, this one is a keeper.
Holds two full sized fluffy towels easily. They are roomy enough to handle 2 bath sheets or 2 full length robes. Fits very comfortably and warms evenly (2) 40x70 towels.
Cons
It heats great but now it only heats the very top of the towel. It start burning stain marks on my towel, the lid handle completely broke off, and the warmer in breaking down the side.
I read other reviews before purchasing this item and found them helpful so i hope this is also helpful to those considering what should be a great product but is not one i would recommend based on their customer support. Anything comparable can only b... Read More

It sounds like a dumb purchase but if your somebody who likes heat and dreads that cold after you turn the shower off you can’t go back

Two towels at a time lead to hotcold spots and it doesnt warm up as much as if there was a single towel in there

I do find that when you reach in with wet hands and water gets on the metal in the inside it seems to turn into some sort of crust on those spots that doesnt wipe off must be whatever is left after the water evaporates

Doesnt seem to impact anything but does bother me since i cant clean it i dont want to ruin the inside so i only tried nonharsh cleaners
