I will give 5 star if the locking mechanism screw too easy to come lose the unit cannot lock due to screw come lose and missing

It has never failed to produce her meds when programmed to do so and the alert goes off continuously when the batteries start to wear out

Seems to be working ok for my parents but the alarm is at a pitch that my dad cant hear it the clock is not aways displayed and if you are using it for medication more often than 4 times a day the labeling system is not user friendly

Also the key for locking it works opposite the instructions which is likely why so many have had issues with key and locking

My only issue is that sometimes once every 28 slots or so two pills may get wedged in to the bottom of pill box if the person taking the medications is not aware that they are stuck and dig them out then theyll remain stuck when the unit is tipped to dispense the pills
