Didnt seem warm enough like hand warmers feel i bought these after a very cold footed backpacking trip

The only thing i dont like is that when im not outside it has my feet very hot and i cant take it off because im inside and outside during my work shift

They kept my feet from being cold but sometimes i had to wonder if they were working

I work outside and very anemic and they kept my feet very warm
