The cup excluding the green of the plant was wrapped in foil. There was cardboard taped around the two cups and bubble wrap around the whole thing. But my main concern is it has had 2 tiny strange looking bugs looked like spiders on it upon receipt.

That was then placed in a larger plastic cup and another large cup was attached to the cup covering the green of the plant

So it does come in the cheap plastic brown pot and is over priced in my opinion
