Ive done nothing else that could reasonably result in such a change and i have been taking a statin atorvastatin and megadoses about 1500 mgof buffered niacin for many years with some good results but nothing like this

A large percentage of the reviews were useless doesnt work great stuff

After reading many many reviews going back over a year i concluded that for the most part it probably wasnt helpful for people under 50 gym rats being the exception but seemed to work well one way or another for senior citizens
