My only issue is that for some reason when i made the purchase it showed a night time gripe water which i was excited about cause i hadnt seen that anywhere in this brand

In the hospital we started with gas drops simethicone which we did have some luck with but then i found out there was aluminum in them so i needed a different solution

Whatever the difference was the mommys bliss did not agree with our little guy and actually seemed to make his spitting worse
