Sometimes the box will be crushed which leads to the syringe not working right and it is a really big pain to get the medicine out

It says on the box that it comes with one so that was frustrating when i needed to use it and couldnt at that specific time

Only thing is the instructions don’t make any sense at all in how much to give

The medicine seems to work fine but the valve seal leaks a bit of air so you’ll get some bubbles in the syringe
