Pros

The pump unit is well rated and seems well made. Out of my crawl,very quiet,easy to maintenance if and when needed. Evacuation motor is very quiet.

This works great and i'm stoked about it. Very nice - the intro videos are helpful, and the assembly straight forward. Setting up from scratch would be worth the fee.

Cons

This is the most noisy condensation pump i have ever used. It appears the pump has an issue with the flotation element that is supposed to activate a micro-switch turning on the pump. Float is not restricted.

If it needs to be nudged every day that's hopeless! Never again, little giant. Never again.

Less than a month out of warrantee. It has to be shipped back and inspected and approved for warranty. And this only has a 30 day warranty!

Then i bought this pump unit for a fraction of what a new dehumidifier would have cost
