Pros
It's an extremely solid work environment and i'm a heavy guy. Like the freedom of the platform to stand on. The quantum step is no exception.
Cons
This ladder shelf is sturdy and fits well, but it fails to deliver on its primary marketing adjustability. Is it really too much to expect an industry leader like little giant to drill a few more holes in their expensive add-on product?

Perhaps that reviewer had a knockoff there are sadly many products that are fake these days a defective unit or an ax to grind who knows

Either way this is a very simple piece of kit so i doubt its defective unless its a knockoff
