It's easy to use, lightweight for its size and the options for adjusting make it helpful for those awkward situations. Little giant makes replacements that are easy to swap out. The video is realistic and the ladder performs just as expected.

The adjustable ladder is very easy to use. The taller version is much more rigid than the shorter model as you are getting the advantage of both the inner/outter frames at the base. Stop mechanisms prevent the ladder from collapsing.

The fixed standing platform and removable air deck accessory are nice touches. The airdeck attachment is a nice feature especially when climbing higher on the ladder. My only gripe is the plastic handle that sticks out for the backside.

Cons

It locks by inserting into the holes of the rungs, but it is hard to see the holes. The wide steps they advertise only are wide when the ladder is at its lower setting and double folded.

Very sturdy ladder especially for a heavyset person such as myself

The steps were more like 134 rungs and very uncomfortable after just a few minutes

You have 2334 to the top of the aframe at that position so only your knees are touching anything so you do not have a ton of stability

No happy with its price but satisfied with everything else

Its really expensive but was exactly what i needed

It also got me close enough to clean a 12foot monument while contracting to a size that allows me to fit it in my van for transport

It was delivered at no cost prime and via fedex from ks to mn

We ordered the airdeck accessory separately and had to return it when the ladder arrived with it
