Seems to be a great well built product

Product purchased used from amazon in great new as far as i can tell condition

Although i wish id purchased the version with the builtin stabilizing extensions

I am not going to ask for a refund because luckily there was nothing wrong with the ladder

If it wasnt for the condition of the shipping box i would of gave this 5 stars but instead i have to give it 4 stars

However the same cannot be said of the packaging by the manufacturer little giant

Little giant needs to rethink its packaging possibly a double layer corrugated cardboard box as used by others shipping heavy products
