Pros

It's worth every penny! I recommend it highly specially for older people fantastic.

Lgls guys are awesome. They're thoughtful, proactive, timely. What an upgrade. The hinges are high quality, made form high quality aluminum with easy to operate release mechanism.

Cons

The step back when you walk backwards is not as long as when you walked forwards. The long stair on this ladder makes it very easy to catch your toe and fall off. The flopping open also makes carrying my new ladder very difficult.
