Pros

The size and sturdiness of each levels step is quite impressive. It is fantastic, sturdy, and i feel safer on it than any another step ladder.

Very satisfied with these products. You won't be disappointed. It's a ladder and it's going to get beat up over time, but when i pay for new, i want new. It is awesome.

The height is what we needed for 10 foot ceilings and the flatness when folded allows for easy storage.

Cons

The safety bar does not latch. There are wheels but the wheels are in the wrong place. The tiny labeling about this is totally inadequate.
