Make sure to look inside the box for the hose adaptor it is loose and mine was not attached

There doesnt seem to be any way to avoid burning out the pump

If the pump tries to work against a frozen hose the pump will burn out unless they add some kind of auto shutoff so the pump doesnt over heat

I previously owned two different wayne pumps that would stop working with even the smallest leaf fragments

I used to use a conventional transfer pump but it had to be primed and didnt have an automatic shutoff
