Pros

This pump works great for capturing and expelling the water outside. We have a long plastic hose connected to this pump that evacuates the condensate water from the hvac equipment to a drain about 20 feet away. Works like a champ, no more emptying ful... Read More

It's noticeable when it turns on, but it's not so loud as to ruin your day or interrupt your peace. Expedited delivery and intstalled the unit and all is good. Very nice - the intro videos are helpful, and the assembly straight forward.

Cons

Not happy. Greed in industry (maximizing shareholder return) creates such a race to the bottom for quality. If it needs to be nudged every day that's hopeless!

The switch fails after about 2 months use. Less than a month out of warrantee. It has to be shipped back and inspected and approved for warranty.
