Pros & Cons
Pros
The schroeder valve is easy to install and easy to clean. It takes a while to set up due to adjusting the internal adjustment nuts.
Love the idea, of self refilling waterer for my chickens. Works for the chickens and for the ducks too. It keeps continuous water supply available to my chickens without having to worry about them spilling.
Cons
The interlocking inside parts of the device are cumbersome to change and it is almost impossible to put the thing back together. It defeats the purpose of the entire system.
This waterer is the most finicky pos on the market. It doesn’t have a hose attachment, it’s too small.

Setup was pretty easy however over time i am finding i have to adjust it on an almost daily basis to try to keep the water in the bowl without overflowing

Maybe the larger bowl version works better as the smaller one either overflows or never fills up
