What i mean is you can reach up there an move the switch without seeing it if you know the 3 settings

Due to the very light weight of this fixture it seems as though those tabs are for hanging

I did not see a description for those tabs in the instruction manual

Once installed it is stuck at that setting unless you pop out a panel near that switch and change it over
