I still have the issue with the box shutting off with my arm resting on it

Just hope the leds last a long time because it seems once they go there is nothing to be done other than buy a total replacement of the light box

My only issue is that while the amazon outer packaging was in pristine shape the actual product box was crunched bent and torn on the edges

If accidentally hitting the power button is an issue simply turn the pad so that the power button is in the upper left hand corner where youre less likely to hit it by accident
