Pros

Easy to install, just needed a screwdriver. Installation is a tad tricky, as the mounting configuration is a little cloogy. Comes with all you need to install mounting hardware, bracket and instruction.

Great replacement for the old blinking florescent fixtures. While you do throw away the whole unit to replace it the price still makes this worth it.

Cons

This product has no ground wire. Should both the black (hot) and white wires come loose during installation, they are close enough together to make contact and cause a short circuit. This could result in a fire should the circuit breaker or fuse fail ... Read More

The dimming seems okay, but you get halo rings when you start dimming. Would work good on a dimmer. I am an electrician by trade and was able to easily identify this after the fixture did no work upon my installation.
