It's a more mild relaxer. Not think about it is going to be template, it is a strong product and you have to be careful.

The regular strength does nothing thought buying the mild i will see some results. Do not buy this garbage. I had to chop most of it off and it is still extremely damaged.

They are made by the same manufacturer

Then i combed out my hair using a detangler oil and i let it dry naturally instead of blow drying it
