Pros

Spray nozzle seems to keep working (which in this horrible hades of chinese products is an accomplishment in itself) generous quantity. I use it regularly without fear that it will deteriorate the o-rings. Exceeded my expectations.

Liquid wrench silicone lubricant works extremely well for outside/exterior applications. It provides a shiny look and i don't fret when the kids spill liquids etc. Just note that there will be a lingering smell for two or three days.

This spray lubricant made sliding the new molding into the track very easy and saved me a lot of work

However it has a very strong exotic chemical odor obviously toxic and therefore should not be used insideindoors
