I needed to fix my hood latch this was the recommended product because it has both the corrosion dissolver and the lubricant
It comes out of the can pretty thick and foamy and thins out quickly

My sherrif nephew asked for a can when he was visiting in fl and now all the officers he knows use it and they even tracked down the guy who invented the product when it was under the name master mechanic before liquid wrench bought them out

Liquid wrench is a product i know can gradually unfreeze frozen mechanics such as something stuck on a shaft

My father and i essentially repaired the complex workings of a nickelodeon which had not been in use for almost a century by applying this and then rotating the parts by hand then repeating until theinstrument worked again

This being said i still regard it as an essential for repairing frozen machinery but its not a permanent fix

That said… when i start dragging the gas powered equipment out of 8months of storage things don’t always move the way they did when then went into storage
