I had a small issue with the lid and was more than happy to let it be but their team reached out with a personal email and i mentioned that aside from this small issue i was very satisfied they however were not and immediately set about sending a replacement

Unfortunately i knocked it onto the hardwood floor and it broke so the flip cover wont actually close and liquid will leak out if im not very careful with it
