Pros & Cons

Pros

We provide boards with a coating of rubber if they're drilling or doing something corrosive, oily or down right * to a surface. Used on a cottage roof where there is a small leak.

Leaking seems to have subsided but still not 100% on the area where there's a puddle of water. This is all completely covered by new flooring.

Cons

Worst product to buy, never dries stays sticky forever. After 9 days it's still so tacky that if you stand in one place for a few seconds it peels off. Doesn't stand up to chemical at all. Lots of work and money for nothing.
