Pros
Liquid lecithin, 32 fl oz liquid. I bake my own bread and with this product it stays fresh longer. It coats the measuring spoon, and your fingers if you touch it.
It really helps with the cramping. Helped with calm, balance and i felt my brain alert.
Cons
Company has no integrity, the manager is not concerned about the consumers. If the company hides something then the consumers won't like it.

Its easier to pour it in with the other liquids and not use a measuring spoon as this stuff is very sticky

Lecithin is used in my household cooking and this is a great size for a great price

Most of the lecithin would stick to the spoon
The only problem is that you have to really shake up the lotionlecithin mixture and it will still look clumpy and ugly out of the bottle

This is a great and very inexpensive source of both choline and phosphatidyl choline
Bottles at bread supplies for a much higher price but this is the same thing for a fraction of the price

It is very thick thicker then honey and a little waxy
