Pros

The flavor is great without the sugar some hydrating sports drinks offer. The ingredients are better than anything you'll find on the shelf at the grocery store. Low in calories (important to me) and tasty when diluted in 20 oz of water.

This mix works fast to hydrate you. It gets into your system fast and leaves you feeling hydrated. This product is a lifesaver.

Cons

The taste is now super sugary and packs in 11 grams of sugar. It effects my equilibrium which isn't good on a bicycle. What a disgusting taste.

Deliver all day in the arizona sun with no ac past 3 years i’ve used liquid iv as my primary hydration method

I delivered on time just as expected

We’ve purchased the small boxes of these and like them

I take one packet daily along with a sports drink

I did receive 48 individual liquid iv packs but they were all packaged in a bubble mailer without the original bulk packaging

You just empty the packet into a glass of water mix and drink

Competitiveness

I have tried all of the popular sports drinks to try and rehydrate but nothing comes close to liquid iv

I will never buy another brand again
