The taste is alright. It taste like salted feet. My husband and son both also find the taste repulsive. The flavor of the mix with the specified amount of water is horrid.

Gatorade zero thirst quencher has nearly the same sodium and about half as much potassium with only 2g of carbs. It's super sweet if added to 16oz - might as well drink a powerade.

Salt water that claims to hydrate is a scam in my opinion. It’s sneaky and deceptive.
