Pros

The children's multi has kept my kids healthy and happy. My daughter now gets's this on auto ship. I hope it comes back on the market soon. It is the best thing to ever happen to my nt.

Love the sea vegetation aspect of this multiple liquid vitamins. Convenient squeeze-a-shot technology. Vitamin has cherry concentrate, beet juice and other healthy vitamins.

If i feel a cold coming on, i take an extra dose and the symptoms disappear. If you have problems with absorption when taking pills, this is the vitamin for you. It's a food-based supplement, so it's safe to take larger doses.

I laugh at what our monster bull society spends on their silly and worthless energy drinks. I use it daily and have noticed stronger nails, less hair shedding, nd more energy.

Cons

The taste is off putting to say the least. Dumped it down the kitchen sink.

And the taste wasnt as good when the packaging changed but after 6 months its great again
