Pros

This was suggested to me by my chiropractor. Last year, after a cancer treatment, my leg broke and my ankle was severely sprained. Worked for me by relieving stiff joints.

It is easy to take and being sub lingual it bypasses the stomach. Started taking this, too soon for resukt.

Biotoplevel works because it pairs msm (lypoic acid for neuropathy), as well as hyrolaunic acid (a joint lubricant), with the main ingredients of glucosamine chondroitin.

It tastes similar to a light bourbon or a pecan pie but not as sugary. The taste is tolerable, albeit somewhat on the bitter side.

Cons

Did not taste the same. Gave me heartburn. Balanced proprietary blend means you're not willing to share because it's probably miniscule amounts. Might equate to less purchases for those uninformed.

Ironically i came across a formulation for dogs and cats that is almost identical to that which is in this product
