Pros
It's too soon to tell if it will significantly help creosote buildup. I have a very large wood stove that i have used for 22 years and this stuff is amazing.
Good idea. The product works.
The gallon jug lasts me through about half the heating season. Decided to get the gallon and refill the spray bottle as needed. Used last burning season but haven't cleaned the flue yet.
Cons
This is too expensive and doesn't attack glazed creosote at all. Had two flu fires within two weeks. Will not use it ever again.

We did notice that the build up soot on the glass was less lighter or would also disappear warmer fire and dry wood

I wouldnt start the heating season without a gallon next to the furnace

It turned the chimney build up into a dull crunchy brittle flake over a couple weeks of daily use
