Both wrote well after following the directions on the box about how to start releasing any builtup pressure shaking the marker and getting the ink to dispense before trying to use it

Only the packaging needs improvement type on outside of box that has the instructions how to start the pens is too fancy and difficult to read

The instructions are important as the pens wont work if you dont follow them
