Pros
I have no problem swallowing them at all since they are soft and not chalky. I highly recommend these for anyone who has a problem with swallowing large chalky tablets. The caps are large and a daily serving equals three.
I take a proton pump inhibitor due to having gastro paresis. This is my first bottle, hopefully it helps osteoporosis.
Cons
The dosage information is the dosage per “serving size,” not per capsule. Dishonest marketing. Boycott these putzes.
