I have sleep apnea and have tried to follow along with other myofunctional videos about these types of exercises but found i wasnt doing them daily despite my intentions

Because honestly these are simple plastic tools that should not cost any more than the 20something bucks they are here on amazon

Have had a tmj problem surgery was not an option and no matter what i did it didnt seem to help
