Pros
As i get older, my contacts seem to be drying out my eyes, and my doctor recommended this to help. No irritation, no pain and just the occasional need to use my eye drops. If you have blepharitis or dry gritty eyes this is the supplement for you.
This is the one supplement that i have consistently reordered and used for years. Definitely a keeper. Seems pretty good. Very satisfied with this product.
Cons
I have dry eye and my doc tells me that fish oil is far more effective than flaxseed oil. For me, there has been no noticeable change in dry eye symptoms or comfort.

I have had plugs put in my upper and lower tear ducts multiple times because though it offers relief for a couple of months my condition always returns to where it was which is plain bad

I am working shifts in an environment that is ac dust and direct sunlight at all times not sleeping properly and computer screen brightness the whole package for destroying my eyes
