It folds up and comes with a velcro strap for easy storage. The collapsible aspect is great for storage. It's practical, multifunctional and very easy to use.

Cons
The concept is good, the execution poor. I'm not impressed and think it is over-priced and not a great design. They're just general reviews for all the racks (amazon loves to do that to confuse) buy from amazon.
It is not good for sous vide, but a nice napkin holder. The height is not enough for c20 container, and the material have same points of corrosion with less then 1 month use.
The dividers take up more space than i expected, leaving less usable space between them. The pieces and not machined with any precision and do not invite the feeling of standing up to more than one use. Collapsable actually means it comes apart. While... Read More

Works great keeps my bags from floating helps cook the food faster because its elevated off the bottom of the container
