Pros
Four multi-directional spinner wheels offer effortless mobility. The wheels swivel and stay on task no matter how you push or pull.
Light and roomy. It's light and beautiful but strong. Very lightweight and sturdy.
The bag seems built to last, it is much nicer than the cheap ones ive used for so long. Impressive carry on bag. It is attractive, lighter than other carryons and suits my purpose.
It has a long collapsible handle making it easy to pull. The hard handle telescopes nicely and is stowed in a zippered compartment.
The lipault bag is very lightweight, soft-sided, takes up little room and yet provides a lot of interior space for packing more than you'd expect to look at it. Having a soft sided bag is also great for storage at home.
Cons
Construction is terrible, flimsy. Customer service is non-communicative. Not a happy camper.

When i recently needed to fly and spirit airlines was the clear winner in terms of timing i couldnt believe i didnt own any luggage that would meet their very strict guidelines for carryon bags

The only thing i didnt care for was the design of the front pocket where the zipper lies under a sewndown flap that seriously restricts the size of what can be stuffed in there and makes retrieval difficult

You can hang a small bag from it loop the bags handles over the long suitcase handle but that affects the smooth rolling feature
