Pros
Four multi-directional wheels make it so easy to navigate. The smaller wheels are lighter in weight and make it easier for me to stow it in the overhead compartment.
Wonderfully soft, cushioned handles--one on top, one on side. The fabric is a good quality and will hold up to much use. The build is sturdy, yet the luggage is very lightweight.
Hard handle telescopes nicely and is stowed in a zippered compartment. Two well-padded foam filled handles for carrying you do not wish to pull it. Sides are soft - and the handle is padded - really very nice.
The color is a darker turquoise than the photo, closer to teal, which i love. The espresso color stands out from all the other black carry-ons. Aqua, the color i have is not only beautiful but rare for luggage.

Some quibbles the outside pocket is not easy to access and it is not as amazingly light as i thought it would be

Clearly when it is downsized the weight of the frame is not diminished that much so it does not weigh that much less than the larger model i have

When i recently needed to fly and spirit airlines was the clear winner in terms of timing i couldnt believe i didnt own any luggage that would meet their very strict guidelines for carryon bags

The only thing i didnt care for was the design of the front pocket where the zipper lies under a sewndown flap that seriously restricts the size of what can be stuffed in there and makes retrieval difficult

Yes it is softsided and wont be the same as a hard sided bag

Its made from a parachute type material not sure id be confident checking this because baggage handlers are so rough
