I can comment on how well the product works yet as it’s a gift for my step daughter but this arrived really fast

It comes with an extra strap although i don’t think that the blue strap goes with the black watch

The band i have replaced but you get two so no problem for the price i think good value

It’s charged by plugging it directly into a standard usb charging plug after pulling off one of the straps
