The towel comes in a little tube that looks like it it will keep the towel pretty wet

The markings on the tube are actually pretty rubbed off so i have no clue if i need to use cleaning spray when i use this or what

The canister mentions nothing about the towel being for cooling but instead talks about wiping and cleaning

I also have no idea how to clean it once ive cleaned other things
