These large diameter cable boots were a perfect fit and go nicely with the blue cable and gold connectors
Solid build and high quality ratchet mechanism
Not the easiest connector to us but its the only one that will work with the shielded cat 6 cable
Price
Price is a bit hefty but so is the tool but i dont think it will ever need a replacement
Competitiveness
It is about 75 larger than standard cat6 a pretty big difference
I finally found these and once i got them in i have found that they work very well with our 22awg cat6 cable
I bought these because we have some cat6 cable that is 22awg and the connectors we normally use would not work
I was doing multiple runs of cat6 and cat6e underground cabling for my poe cameras

The shielded overall and foiled pairs wouldn’t allow for normal sized boots

As a bonus the crimp handles appear to be broadly compatible with standard paladin type crimp dies so you can change them out and use for crimping coax and other terminations

We also lost 4 or more when the crimp didnt work and the connector came off

Note one of the five cables worked for 24 hours and just quit
