Installation was as simple as could be really, you just download the linksys app and follow the on-screen instruction guide. Directs you to download an app to your phone to set them up. App is brilliant.

The linksys atlas 6 dual band mesh router is an excellent mesh system. It's a universal product so should work with any isp. Wi-fi coverage is very good and stable, particularly if you do some research.

My vm router is placed on the ground floor, in the first room - living room. Tri band frequency has no problem going through thick walls and you can still get decent connection in the garden. My final moan is about range.

There have been no dropouts, crashes or slow speeds. Streaming audio in my attic room (used as an office) is also flawless now.

It's cured my ever present * wifi problems. Otherwise, the product is good quality and reliable.

Customer service is useless. Despite commendations elsewhere this is a flawed and waste of time product. It is unreliable and frustrating requiring too much human intervention. Why is the product not working as specified?

Disconnects devices at will. If my kids use their device in one room and then go to another, the device will cling to a weak connection. The signal drops out so easily it is nearly a daily issue in at least one part of the house to lose connections.

Velop mesh wi-fi router is not compatible with all devices. It requires rebooting every 5 to 7 days. It is not capable of maintaining the performance.

There was no response on the chat site, nothing useful in the knowledge base. This is turned to a blinking purple while attempting to pair them. There is no indication of where the pairing process has failed.
