Overall, this mesh wifi system looks modern, but suffers from many functional drawbacks. The thing that has kept me from switching is the very high cost. The customer service is even worse, if the product itself is not living up to the standard.

If your upstream modem has an issue (or the system thinks it does) it will disconnect and refuse to reconnect until you restart the main node.
There’s no option to add profiles for individual children/devices, or conveniently start/stop access.

I was supposed to enter my email address and create a password but each time i entered this information i saw a message indicating securely creating account but would get kicked back to the user creation screen with no error messages to guide me

I had assumed that the account creation information would be conveyed to the node via bluetooth but given the endless loop it seems like connecting the phone to wifi should have been presented as earlier step

All this function really does is allow you to pause internet access at specific times and block urls

Based on specs the atlas 6 is superior in every other way to my current mesh router but the rudimentary options of the parental controls make the feature seem more like an afterthought
