Pros

Gigabit speed in a compact package. Sharp edges from compressed cardboard adds stability in shipping. I have daisy chained it to my first 8 port linksys and haveseveral devices now operating off my spectrum router.

Small footprint allows for easy placement in hidden locations. Fits nicely in my leviton structural media cabinet. Great product for a fair price.

Cons

I have it connected to an eero pro gateway (wired speeds are much faster on eero) this is frustrating.

Great product for extending your wired system…you do lose a little bandwidth but still better if wifi isn’t strong

I love linksys products for the quality and support they offer

Ive been using thier products for many years never had to return or replace other than upgrades

Based on this i restarted the downloads and the download speed went from a max of 10mbps to a high of 700 mbps

Price

It was well worth the 40 to save myself a ton of time downloading files

This switch has been very good and would buy again for the right price

Im just not entirely sure if it was worth the higher price

Shipping

It was delivered the same day i installed it and the speed jumped to 1gbps

Opened box plugged power cord in plugged cat5 cables worked immediately
