Pros
Needed a wired gig router. This gets me a sustained 120mb that goes inline with my data plan. The only device that i have trouble with is my ipad, and it's when i am in my bedroom with the door closed.
Cons
The ea3500 stops responding to arp frames from time to time. Chrome has severe bandwidth issues. Wireless mac filtering is by design disabled when set to bridge mode on our wireless n linksys smart wi-fi routers.
The reviews claiming this product doesn't last are right. Dishonest sales tactics. Don't waste your money.
There were about 12 javascript files, all minified and difficult to debug. After resetting the router, i reran the program and the router showed as being configured.
It is practically the worst i've ever seen. Normally that works painlessly, but not for this router. It defeats the whole idea of being a firewall as well.

Bought this alongside the linksys cm3008 totalling up to 65 which would be equivalent to 6 months of leasing the same thing

The only way apparently was to setup the wifi password via installing the software from the provided cd

Realized i had my roku too close and moved it to the other side of the tv stand

Also i’m 60 and old but would like better internet speed just keep throwing money at it maybe something will work
