I have used this adapter to convert the displayport output on my lenovo prodock into vga while using the hdmi and displayport outputs simultaneously to run two monitors one hdmi one vga

I have the links displayport to hdmi adapter and it works flawlessly so i see no reason why this wouldnt also

The plastic felt kind of cheap

I also noted that upon tapping the casing with my fingernails it sounded hollow which made me wonder why it had to be so big when the connector inside it did not even fill up all the space

I tried 3 different vga plugs into this and it worked well with all of them

The only thing i was less bummed about was that the screw holes that would lock a vga cable into this adapter would not engage on one side

This could have been a fluke on the product i received but after trying those 3 connectors mentioned earlier i accepted that it was probably this adapter and not my cables
