I like the fact that it is quite easy to get it assembled and is sturdy enough and easy to usebut the head rest was ripped on the right side good thing i could mend it still it should of not been that way

There really isnt much reason to pay more for an inversion table unless you are over 285 lbs

You dont really need to follow the assembly instructions just look at the picture and put the big sections together and the rest will be obvious
