Only issue is the lock nut for the weights comes loose and you have to keep tightening it between sets

This would’ve almost been perfect if the barbell was a bit longer with more space in the center or something because if you use the weights on both sides inner and outer hip thrusts or back squats are pretty painful because the inner weights dig into the body

It would’ve also been nice if the plastic secure clips were more secure often times they started to slide off during lifts and the weights would become loose and move around
