Pros

These lights are great. They plug in, so i install a receptacle near where they're mounted that's controlled by the switch. You simply solder an exact length cord with the proper plug end that comes on cords with the lights. Easy to install.

Gives off nice light but not overly obnoxious. The extra light is amazing. Hopefully longevity is also one of there qualities.

Cons

The lights look ok but do feel flimsy. The mounting hardware is terrible. They are no good.
