I have used round foam earplugs which needed to be squashed and prodded several times to get into the ear and stay there

I have also used wax earplugs which can be moulded but hurt my ears quite quickly

Despite the loop on these link dream earplugs not resting flat against my ear which is not of a strange or unusual shape unlike the photographs shown they have stayed in my ears overnight and yet i sleep on my side
